So DB Capitol bought the shell. The 130 mil were the shares Liz canceled but then were reinstated some how to make the deal. Then DB Capital sold the shell and kept the 130 mil.

Beckett is part of the OS but not sure how or why... unless Retail Velosity has been retained but the info has not been released.

Becket / Retail Velosity gets 30 mil shares to market start ups. Market products, barcodes etc for new products. Sam did say he spoke with Beckett....

I sent a few emails, let's see if we get anything back. I would also like to chat with Tony.

Holding long.

Yes that would make sense, DB Capital bought the shell from Tony Nicks. DB keeps the 130 mil shares then sells the shell to Doki.

Remember when the OS was like 340 mil then Liz retired the shares and the OS went down to 220 mil or so. (rough numbers). Then back to 343 mil in Jan to complete the deal.

DB Capital can be explained like this but we need a few facts to tie it all together.

Jeffery Becket is another deal In My Opinion. The facts on Retail Velosity are this. The company address is in Michigan, like Sam Mathew, and Sam said they had retained a PR firm, Sam admits talking to Beckett but no solid facts on what was said.
