Well I can tell you this. about 8 years ago I had to go to Trenton N.J. on the way the warehouses being built and looking for renter was unreal. The warehouses where like 1/4 mile long by at least a 1/4 mile wide. For 15 miles nothing but warehouses. Some were longer. But I can tell you the Sq. Ft. was up there around 500 to 700 Thousand sq/ft from the bill boards. I'm a builder so I took a good look and couldn't believe what I was seeing. They are building bigger today.
