Igen is golden with no dillution lots of Insider buying ( if you dont know what that means, it means they actually own this stock unlike you it seems. Personally, I don't think there is anything to worry about here, even if it goes back to .009. This is a great ticker to have your money in at this time. I'm in for the long haul. Now, if this play makes you anxious, it might be better to get out.
