You need a freakin guide to the status of everything this company is involved it. If you read some of the earlier filings, Bozo first claimed that they didn't want to develop the device fully until it was tested (the excuse for not having a prototype), then later, said the opposite, that they were going ahead with testing. I don't even think he can keep track of the "status" of his test products. And by having 3 (or how many is it up to?) test products, it adds even more confusion.

Confusion works for Berman, because you get 3 opinions on every fact from different people, and the more bullish the shareholder, the more likely there is of misunderstanding what is actually happening.

That's a gem of a find. It's one of those things that Berman hopes no one will notice some months from now when it matters.
It is why he puts out 103 pages of largely redundant babble....the devil is in the details and it's his hope that no one will bother to try to dig them out.
