The PR identifies 14% of the of the float.

Again, did the company previously buy back shares before they did this deal?

If so were the shares cancelled or reissued?

If they were cancelled how were they reallocated. Authorized or float?

Were the reallocated shares (possible buy-back, cancelled Hyperion deal) shares used in this deal?

Where are the cancelled shares from the Hyperion deal?

How were they reallocated or accounted for?

Just trying to dot the I's and cross the T's..
