This is correct. The spell has temporarily worn off. We had major pile on this spring/summer. This was part of the larger Covid play. At the time, we seemed to people brand new to the company to have something truly novel that had the potential, if not to totally destroy Covid, at least become part of a combo therapy regime, which would take our drug around the world. That would have been extraordinarily big news. People hung around, bought more, listened to CCs, bought some more, saw filings, bought more.... then the short attack stole a lot of the balls everyone had gotten up to invest in an OTC in the first place. That event cannot be overestimated in its destructive effect on this stock I believe. But we didn’t bounce back from it.. and we could’ve. At least we could be sitting at $7 right now. But company failed at getting those horrified and jaded investors back in the game. Some held. Many sold. A few bought more. But as the last 6 weeks have gone by, the company hasn’t assuaged concerns about the future sufficiently. Only exasperated them, apparently. The market doesn’t lie. I’m not saying that SP won’t be back. But it’s not coming back without at least 1, more likely 2 out of 3 things. We know what the 3 potential good news stories/developments are. Without them. We sit and spin. Trading, unlike Cary Grant, South by Southwest. The novelty of this equity has worn off. And ONLY hard undeniable proof will bring it back. FDA WILL make us do phase 3. They’re obviously satisfied currently with SOC and they’re not about to go out on a limb based on the decent data from our phase 2. HIV is what we’re waiting for now. Unless our phase 3 is outstanding and we meet/exceed primary endpoint.
