That is pure nonsense just like the NY investment bank. REAL INVESTORS KNOW THAT THE OTCM IS AN ELECTRONIC PLATFORM AND THAT THE MM'S DON'T GIVE A RATS ASS WHAT THE PPS IS.
The only variable is when insiders give a MM huge blocks to dump.
