If that $4m was for 5 years licensing, then the expenses would be allocated/charged over 5 years, not in one quarter. I don’t think this is a mistake, even a non-Accoutant will not charge everything at once. There must be something else. Also Bgreen Partners doesn’t seem to have anything to do with CBD, of course I don’t see anything about their business either. If the $4m expense was for a good expense, I am okay with that. Plus BBRW is an equipment manufacturer, what are they doing with licensing, doesn’t make sense.
