Obocon is Sam Mathew. Now CLSI is Obocon so basically it is simple. I would think Sam has all of CLSI. Doki has his 5 mill preferred to maintain control then the rest are Sam's, Suresh's and Amit's.

What I am saying is that Obocon is an internal deal. I am sure it will all be spelled out, Structure and issued shares but it is not like Anthea.
