Could be a group trying to move it. The jump from 5 to 7 was amateurish, people not wanting to miss out on a move and causing a huge gap.

I'm not sure if Heffernan is ever going to do anything with this shell. Knowing his past, I'm not sure I'd want to see him do anything either. The sp didn't get here by accident and who knows what condition HeffX is in.
