So the Number of Shares on the NASD stay the same, But will LOSE (PPS) VALUE... is that the way it will go?

I believe the ADS goes from 10 to 6 common shares.

Interestingly, the KTOVW warrants are UP 20% while the KTOV ADS is down 10% after dropping sharply yesterday.

Do we know offhand whether the warrants pertain to the COMMON or to the ADS? (in othe words, does a warrant give you the right to buy common at a certain price or the right to buy an ADS at a certan price.

If the warrants are tied to common and not the ADS, that would explain whty the warrants are up sharply while the common is down sharply.
