I have no idea, but since dollar-volume and accumulation are going through the roof, my guess is that the key players are finally getting enough of their fill and since they need the OTC investors and traders to kick off the party, without ticking them off with more dilution, it could happen in the next couple of weeks. Just my opinion; not investment advice!
