There is zero chance that Coinbase is reverse merging into a non-SEC reporting OTC stock for dozens of reasons. One of the main and most obvious being the lack of transparency in non-reporting OTC stocks would be a huge red flag for potential institutional investors and regulators. Another one is current investors in the company, those who paid a lot of money to invest in Coinbase, wouldn’t be happy that retail investors would be getting a massive discount over the price they paid for their shares.
