Clean Shells have value, Shells with incredible debt attached and fully assumable by any acquiring them are for the inexperienced and uniformed, always avoided in the Market. Sorta like buying a used car. One that has a engine, low miles and good mechanical shape and one with no engine, 3 wheels and a junk title. Both at the same price. But anyone that believes in this should buy shares. Mine have been available for 5 years and anyone can purchase them anytime they like. Want them? LOL
