Theories are a given "false". There is no disproving something that is a false. You have to prove a theory..to make it a "truth". Understand the difference of a priori'..and a posteriori' ... please.
Royalties owed to a company have nothing to do with being public or private. Accounts receivable are accounts receivable. Are there royalties owed? Not according to the independently audited financials we’ve seen thus far, but there are far more bullish arguments to being current than royalties- hypothetically and speculatively speaking.... let’s just say Facebook wants to buy them out... can’t pay out shareholders without being registered. I find it extremely “odd” they re-registered in November, shortly after this article came out...
