That would be an ATM offering, and I still don't understand why RDGL doesn't go that route, just selling new shares in drips on the open market. We're going on 9 months now with Reg A offering that still hasn't closed, hence the current sp. Just no FOMO with that offering still open after almost 9 months.

Korenko explained it to me once when I was thinking about buying into the Reg-A but can't remember the details. Its definitely not bought in open market.
