Supposedly (according to a statement by Nas in a long ago CC) the companies are already merged!
Then, according to yet another statement from Nas, Mikah is winding down and selling off everything.

I do not have the links to back up either of thise statements, but AMA has posted them both here within the past two (or, at most, three weeks).
