In that case, the financials should show gold sales as revenue unless they just completely lied in their press release from just a month ago - these are their exact words -

" The auditors required additional information concerning the sales of gold and the accounting procedures put in place as required by Mexican law. "

Thats literally saying there were sales of sold.

Does PT have the balls to lie after PR'ing that?

Why would a company NOT report revenue/gold sales and be proud of it, it sure would make investors happy, wouldn't it?

Even if there were such a thing as a Test Miner Exemption, which there isn't, Mexus would be doing their investors a huge favor by detailing exactly what the offset was to expenses, instead of just "hiding" it.

No, the Test Miner BS is just a way to cushion the coming bad news.

And if the 10K actually does show gold revenue....well, so much for the Test Miner Exemption. Or maybe Mexus just doesn't know about it?
