"the 30 million Aspire agreement with zero mention"

Weirdest thing ever....well maybe not, but definitely weird.
Every previous Aspire Agreement has been accompanied by a press release announcing it (the MFO deal was, too). This time they filed the 8-K (no choice about that) but decided for some reason not to provide a press release announcing the deal.
Adding to the weirdness is the fact that there WAS a press release filed the same day that the 8-K was filed but it made no mention of the Aspire deal, so someone made the conscious decision that it shouldn't be mentioned for some reason.
Every time the Company has struck a fund raising deal in the past...some much smaller than this...the Company treated it as good news. What happened this time?

I'm not so sure about this....
