I have a question for your next opportunity. Sorry I missed responding to this earlier.

Who currently owns TriStar Air LLC? TMPS, Johan Eliasch or someone else?
(i.e., Did Johan Eliasch call his Note?)

If the Note were called, Eliasch may now personally wholly own TriStar Air LLC, some jet tanker airplanes and 77.5 million shares of TMPS common stock (through Santiago company). I expect that TMPS would have been due payments for those assets, but our stock would have been diluted severely.

If that is the case, I don't believe reapplying with the SEC is very important. We may be reading soon how Johan Eliasch got a nice new personal Navy contract for his personal jet tanker planes, if it was even really applied for. This is an old theory on this Message Board and unproven, but I really didn't like reading here the other day that Santiago now has lots of shares.
