Would love to hear management comments on the offering. If this offering is completed the company can payoff all debt and still have millions to complete buildout of multiple systems and finance their leased units. Sure we just got diluted 90% but the company will be so much healthier that it will no longer just be a lotto ticket trading on hype and PRs. I think the stock is worth .04 based on the numbers here - $8 million valuation and 200 million shares outstanding.
