There are huge advantages for a pubic entity, especially this entity as it has a tax write off that can be applied to merged entities. There is financing flexibility and options to spread investor risk as well as raise Growth capital. Much moreso than private companies..

This CEO has major connections in MJ industry and continues to stake his reputation on moving forward with what has been indicated. Clearly a connection purchased a huge stake. How many more have acquired a healthy position the past few months?
