According to managements response yesterday in email...."SWHI has concluded the acquisition of Next Dynamics and a name change as well as a reverse split of the stock has been filed with FINRA."....I have traded this many times in past but would be weary now....jmho

Some kind of update would be nice. Especially announcing cancellation of RS. This only has 422 million outstanding shares. Which was recently updated. Low for a stock at this price.
