Why don't you post your research to prove PBC is a legal financial institution.

It is odd that on the PBC website https://www.pacificbankingcorp.com/ - that there isn't an address or phone number listed.

There isn't any Directors or Officers listed.

Real financial institutions provide this information.

Remember that Costello stated:
