SHLL has crazy potential to spike up real fast due to the low float. It'll fall fast,too.
Does anyone know what the post-merge Authorized share count will be? I've tried reading the SEC documents, but honestly can't be sure I fully understand. IMO, the float should stay around 23 million through the merge, but then the warrants can be exercised. That could bring the float into the low/mid 40 million range. Does that sound right? Is this also the Authorized share count? Will that info be released with the merge since this isn't like a traditional IPO?

Sorry for all the questions, but I just want to make some money.
