Would it not be better to have a proven guaranty of 90-100%. They are waiting for definitive proof before they get called out in making false statements.

Dr Javitt doesn't come across to me as a typical pump and dumper after working with administrations from Reagan to W. Every indication is that he is letting the science do the talking.

They are able to openly state they are working on partnerships. Nothing illegal with that. Their background working with global pharma should give everyone confidence they know what they can and cannot do

From what I got out of the video was:

Next week Houston Methodist physicians would release data from their hospitals showing efficacy and safety in patients that’s ere treated who were too sick to be included in the clinical study. If that’s true then he can’t make an official statement on it. He kept repeating that the drs at Houston Methodist would be releasing data.

What if to regarding the partnerships was that 2 would be announced soon.

I’m hoping that’s all true. Then interim clinical trial data should also be presented to fda if it unblinded because of extremely positive results. Otherwise they will have to wait for phase 3 to wrap up.

...look at what happened to Sorrento when they made "claims" before FDA sanctioned Human Trials...double blinded occurred. Hindenburg was all over SRNE with same innuendo.

Worse thing a CEO can do in this area is PROMO their own stock, and do so without independent third party scientific verification.

He could be right...but its not up to him to pump...especially without putting it in a PR AND backing it with third party findings.
