The letter was never realistically expected before our 10k filing which will be done by Friday.
NP was putting out an unachievable deadline.
As someone already mentioned NP has to stop focusing on share price and focus 120% on building his team and execution. The share price will take care of itself.

NASDAQ never sent a comment letter?

Is that what someone said in yesterdays C/C?

Read my notes from yesterday's CC.

1. Type A meeting in next 30 days.

2. No comment letter from NASDAQ received yet. Takes 2 to 3 weeks. Contents of the letter will explain any concerns which we can then address so it's not an approval or rejection letter.

3. Share price is important for uplisting. Go read NASDAQ's uplisting requirements.

4. Nader stopped giving time lines which is really important. He learned is lesson about over promising and under delivering.

My advice is you should adjust your sights to a longer timeline of what you want to do with this stock. HIV, COVID, Cancer. I would wait till these three are in the bag and profits are being made before selling.

Unless something crazy happens and we shoot the moon share price wise.
