Great post, here's how I continue to look at it. Using some of your figures (see top sticky) with the capital raise being possibly 10-20% of the equity, the valuation could place TDS in the $150-$300 million range. And this was BEFORE the ZoomInfo IPO which turned out to be a blockbuster.

Just throwing some numbers out there:

CLHI Share Structure:
Authorized: 200m
Not Used: 175.6m 88%
Outstanding: 24.4m 12%

TDS/CLHI current valuation = $0.10 x 24.4m OS = $2.4 million

Current Competitors ZI $15B, DDOG $23B (just crushed all earnings estimates). We trade at 1% valuation of those we are well in to the multiple dollars area.

With TDS wanting to uplist to a major exchange in the near future after getting current then to OTCQB they most likely will keep the SS tight, my guess is in the 100m share range, this would be a high end imo. So using rounded figures that would give the current CLHI shareholders (TDS already owns a big block of these) about 25% of the merging company. That would place the current company valuation here at $0.10 at $10 million. When this plays out, and the MM's will know before us, we are going to run straight to the $1 per share pricing raise. And the accredited investors are not in this to lose money. At $1 per share with the new SS the company would be valued in the $100 million range. The accredited investors will easily see a $2-$3 share price for starters which is a 100-200% gain on their investment right off the bat. If they decide to use the current SS because they already have control of a majority of the shares watch out above.

A lot to digest and a lot of variables but anyone who can run some simple numbers can see that buying shares in the $0.10 range can easily see a 10-25x ROI on these shares in the very near future for starters imo. And this doesn't even take in to account if TDS has the ability to use the CLHI NOL of $127 million, that's a game changer as well.

To your point we will learn a lot in the next 2 weeks and see this start moving to the valuation it deserves and we have seen all along.
