Appreciate all the DD and have done a lot of reading through all the publications on their website. I was just trying to figure out if the plan has to be voted on prior to the sept court date?

Not only is it prior to Auctus stepping in but the date was estimated. Cant wait for BRTXQ to drop that last letter. Then its on like Donkey Kong!!!
