NTAH's OS was almost maxed out at 249M, not 39M OS. I was in NTAH and knew it's going to RS once it got bought so I sold it early. At first I was reluctant to buy in because of the OS maxed out, but then I bought some and sold them a little early.

But that doesn't mean HRAA is safe from RS.
