It looks like they are finished selling but I do not know for sure.. It looks like there was about 27 million shares for sale. But then on the list there is a buy for 27 million shares also And it was the same person, who was selling at 2.92 that it lists as buying back at .20 cents. So I do not quite understand it, but all the company filings are here.
