Where does it state, anywhere, that PCTI “got millions in financing” from the merger ? Catherine got $400,000 and a bunch f damn near worthless shares. That’s it. Nothing more.
As for these “contracts”, PCTI is a sub contractor, not the lead. All the press news clearly indicate this. Those huge figures will never touch nor run through the accounts of PCTI. PCTI is just one tooth of a big gear, a team of companies, hoping to land the contract.
The promoters trying so hard need to get a grip of reality. PCTI portion could be in several millions or literally several thousand, or anywhere in between.
