I was part of a large part of investors around 2017 when ubqu was hot.
share price went up to 4 cents, dropped to 0051, resurged to 0293 over that time. all that time the pr made sense. new equipment distribution centers...and the 10Q always showed a profit.
then smokey came on and immediately got banned to a post a day. in fact it was stated that ballas himself or his agents ran this board.
won't give away smokey's story but safe to say he was the one who noted early that at that time the idea was get more convertibles, sell them, make a lot of money, for UBQU.
as 2018 (a market crash in q4) potaggeddon 2019,....all MJ started falling. all of it. aurora cannabis the largest grower in the world went from 12 bux to .75 cents and REvERSE split to 14 bux and is now already at 9 bux…..you get the picture.
all the while this board was saying "why is this company falling? it's the ONLY CBD company showing a profit" (well when they are all scams, the one that cooks the books the best doesn't win apparently)
it'll turn around.
I'll admit, I was the biggest idiot of all the bagholders, I kept buying shares in the trips, thinking this thing will turn around. Ballas had gone to the well to get 10 BILLION in fake convertibles....and the ONLY reason we found it is a poster right here who exposed it. and finally, the 10 billion was dumped.
now I thought, the turn around.
then a poster found ANOTHER application for ANOTHER 10billion shares.
at that time there was a 4.95 fee for all trades, I didn't care, I started dumping my shares a million at a time at a 9.90 loss on the hundo. I could only trade 950K at a time (both I guess a boon and a hindrance for idiots like me) and I managed to dump almost ALL my trip 1s and trip 2s for realized losses of max, eh.....500 to 1000 bux.
at the time, trip 1 bid was about 600 million, ask at trip 2 was like 1.5 BILLION.
ballas musta caught on that the trap was in. we went from 100M dumps every 2 days, thus allowing the shills to reline up on the bid, to ALL of it in a day. within an hour of nobid, the ask scab was 100 mil. it has been as high as 800 Mil.
oh yeah, in jan 2019 ballas wrote one of his last PRs. after the first 10Bil I believe. he said yep we got convertibles. and they can't be converted for TWO YEARS.
I think that week he dumped a billion shares. since at the time the AS was 978 million, you can do the math. and that if anything is the fraud we can get him with, I believe tho I'm not a lawyer, if the SEC/OTC ever gets off it's butt.
anyhoo, I was the last idiot gulping up shares at trip 2/trip 3.
fast foraward to now, I'm the last bitter Klingon still posting about it. Birdys he hates it, dunno why. I believe scratch is also a large baggie, but can't confirm. Tho smokey and many others occasionally texted each other to talk about the scam.
don't cry for me argentina tho, like most who associated with the smokler we can afford what we bet. most just went played golf and I am guessing, like me, will get it all back in blue chip investments. amazon, tesla, just two of many examples.
but there you go, that's why I'm in. as you might guess I enjoy writing.
I can afford to lose the 10% left I have in value in this stock.
I also believe in what is right.
I believe if I am the last voice saying and educating any new investors as to why this stock is a toxic convertible dilution pig and at the very least Jimmy Ballas, ceo should spend some time in Jail, that this voice shouldn't go out.
as you can see, traffic on this site is very very low. so for now, I do it because thanks to covid like most I work from home and this helps pass the time.
GLTA, there is still hope, but indeed, don't bet any more than a hundo a mil on it.
