Malcolm is a proven liar and a proven hypester. Your attempted defense of him is fanciful, and seems to overlook that all of these wonderful folks that he brought to CDEX didn't have better opportunities. The Tucson family practice guy doing a solo practice was posting on the internet how he couldn't make a decent living with current reimbursement rates and the onerous paperwork involved. The IPIX guys were out of jobs, as IPIX slid down into bankruptcy. Wade evidently has never even had a job with a well-known company (unless you count LOCH as being well-known). Cauthen was hanging with Wade, looking for something to bring in money. Shriver was doing who knows what (or not doing anything) when he joined CDEX. Mergenthaler was between jobs when dad-in-law dumped the money and stock on him. The only guy who seems to have been employed at the time he joined was Jerry Blair, the guy who did such a bang-up job marketing Valimed , and possibly Shaun Priest both of whom could work from home and possibly even work with other companies (or their own) at the same time (like Tim Shriver has!).

Wow, what a dedicated team. I'm duly impressed.

They ate $25 million bucks in under six years between less than a dozen guys. Not a bad gig.

Malcolm wasn't a pawn, he was and is one of the same gang that were LOCH.

Nobody used the TEXAS engineer or his Houston-based daddy. They are not newbies to the evangelicals of the Dennis Harris persuasion.
