The Mexican authorities are making it tough on the auditor with all their silly rules about "producing" companies.

The auditor wants more money. So does the attorney. They won't take private placements in lieu of cash.

The auditor can't travel, coordinate, think straight, or do a proper audit due to COVID.

PT and Deb can't find all their receipts, a raccoon snuck in and ate them.

PT forgot the password to the SEC site to upload their filing. The raccoon ate that too.

Or....maybe....just maybe.....the news is bad and the 10K will be as late as possible. Or not show up at all.
