I’m starting to agree that he does not have our best interest here. I’m thinking about engaging the SEC to better understand MIKAH ( Hakim) and the impact that this relationship is having on the stock. Just a thought. If they find an issue, they may claw back all the shares.

He needs to step up and represent the damn shareholders All just my opinion

How much has Nasrat made since coming on board?
$10 million for ANDAs
yearly salary etc

It hasn't been a total waste of time.

Elite's revenue at 2014 was $4.6M and now in 2021 the revenue will be minimum $28 Million, almost 7 folds in 7 years, . It is infact a fantastic performance.

You think Nasrat might be BS'ing us with the statement highlighted in blue below?

He claims Mikah taking over the Adderall products is not only a positive impact but positive impacts with an "s".

-- "A question from the stockholders as why there was no 8-K and the answer is simple; this transaction was between two privately held companies after Elite was given the right of first refusal and rejected the offer. Further, there is no impact on Elite. The impact on Elite really for this transaction is zero. All Mikah is step into SunGen's shoes, that's it. That had no impact on Elite whatsoever. As a matter of fact there are positive impacts on Elite that I will not go through in here today."
