That is a heck of a deal they got for sure.

It has been suggested to GNBT management develop a system for private investors to participate in buying warrants/shares vs always going solely with predatory lenders.

As an example, CYDY last few raises allowed common shareholders to participate. Worked great. They have raised $50 million in the last few months including shareholders this way.

In any event, this is part of cleaning things up so the SEC can approve the S-1.
