The capital gains are going down like other taxes just like what has been happening with all other taxes except your local property taxes in those areas where some are running amuck. Could it be why the Health Science centers in the southwest are doing so well as more people flock to areas of FREEDOM and low taxes? Could it be??? CYTODYN should consider relocating too, although, a corporate HQ location doesn't matter as much as long as it is onshore. Where do companies like to locate manufacturing and why? Could it be to healthier environments that offer better services for less and a low tax rate or zero state income tax?
