Because they know like we know we have less than a month of trading days to get this where we desire before possible dilution happens. The plan doesn't say what they plan to do to bring the share count back down and im sure Auctus is going to want to not screw any of us over so it comes down to how much risk is someone willing to play with. Right now this board has gotten really quiet which is good but we have to unified on a pps target in order to win, without it, we are in all honesty fighting against each other
