Apparently the reason people buying here, the only thing I could find is #1 in the ATTY letter there is a fairly large Asset call out and in the last Q, shows the float quite low:

" As of December 31, 2019, the Company’s financial
statements indicated that it had current assets of $636 with total assets of $22,718, 201 and total
liabilities of $2,024,002. The Issuer reported net losses of $78,208 for the year ended December
31, 2019 and net sales of $176,430. The issuer was previously a “shell” company in the past, as
defined in Rule 405 of the Securities Act and 12b2 of the Exchange Act
