Just bought some at $16.43. My guess is that it is down in reaction to the positive vaccine news from Russia, which, imo, isn't news at all.

APT +.90 to 17.38, showing some good strength today .... 16 proved to be strong support.

APT -.89 to 14.70, continued weakness. I'm surprised it has fallen this far given the very strong 2nd half outlook. I've stopped adding to wait for signs of technical support. I think the stock will have another nice run at some point ahead of the Q3 results, but that's over 2 months away .... maybe it will hit $12 or lower in the coming weeks ?
