More likely an individual/day trader dumped their holdings.... Precipitous drop in spot price on Russian claims of serum for virus. If someone was sitting on a couple million shares they picked up at .003 ? At a double and change you are talking a few months mortgage payments made over a month. Lots of folks have taken to day-trading via the Wuhan Virus. Who knows???
