Agree with everything you said but this:
"To get to phase 3 they need to submit data, have the FDA approve its sufficient with no further questions, review it if none, if approved to take the next step , enroll, begin trials, conclude trials, and IF they're successful, submit to the FDA, they review, assuming no further questions approve or disapprove."

What makes you think we will have to go to P3 ?
