So you are pretty much saying that a company that was making money year after year we should all have assumed that this was fraud ?

Ill agree with you, i think about it everyday, i invested heavily at my own risk, i don't think it was intentional but, he could have been more open with us, the way he went about was pretty jacked up, lets say his intentions were good, but whom was guiding him was not,
Don't know who or what to trust anymore.
Hopefully he can make it right.
