Verbiage "standards"...like PBHG is a NEVADA Corporation?!?! One of the "qualifications" is that you verify and TRUTHFULLY report the State that a Company and it's ticker are domiciled in.

And yeah,lawyers are not accountants. That's why REAL Corporations have their financials audited and clearly says so in their financials report. Eddie's financials are NOT complicated. He could have his audited for a few hundred bucks so why doesn't he?? Eh...never mind,we all know the answer to that one.

Their sole job is to ensure verbage meets certain qualifications/standards required by the SEC and to abide by Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
