$ABMC - Since this woman doesnt PR ANYTHING....and I have had 6 responses TODAY alone from her where she REFUSES to say "No, or we have nothing to do with MLB, or something of the sort" REFUSES, what makes you think she would have said something by now.......Dont mistrue my subject line in anyway as I am trying to get our Moron of a CEO to actually speak.....

One of 6 Examples from today...I am literally BEGGING her in my emails to just say no, and at least 2 dozen responses where she WONT, so you tell me...and with what we have in connections on top of it....

With all due respect, that is simply not true. Confirming (which would be a yes) or denying (which would be a no), is responding to a rumor. If you were to ask me if we were supplying the President of the US and that was a rumor in the market, I would say the same thing.

Has ZERO to do with company policy....that would be if it was a YES.....but if its a NO, please just say it. I could ask if you were supplying the president of the united states, and thats obviously a no, so please answer the question, to say NO is not breaking any rules.

ABMC--No apologies necessary. But before dismissing that notion, consider who we have as a CEO. Remember she did not, nor for that matter ever did, formally announce FDA/EUA approval, but matter issued an 8K.
