The base was very active. not a accumulation off the radar base. also 2B float is very hard to move. and it did hit 200 % from the low point of 1.6 with 90% skike so i think according to Ted warren it is time to getout

i'm holding on to UMC. Monthly candles haven't broken trend and not even a 100% rise from top of base.
