Disclosure - I just read today’s release.

It doesn’t change my past 2 posts except that that just disclosed Medico’s departure and formalized JS as CEO.

But comments like
...” Branded Legacy (BLEG) will begin interviewing new funding partners that are interested in helping the company grow while maintaining shareholder value.”

Maintaining shareholder value !!!!????
He was there when the did the RS that destroyed all holders value !!!

He talks about the CBD biz as if OTHER companies need his / BLEGS expertise ??
Ya... maybe in a time machine 10 years ago. The biz is dominated but multi million dollar co’s now... cbd is in shopping centers across the country.
