I'm sorry, I don't really know what you are going through, but I don't partake in P/D's.

I am an investor. One who plays the long game, so I don't get involved in the emotional issues (whipsawed) like one does with short term plays such as the flipping or P/D's as you identified.

My issues are small, and only with the OTC as indicated in some of my earlier posts. I believe that if the OTC requires these companies to play by the rules, they should as well!
