That's my absolute most favorite part of this entire pending merger deal! It was absolute brilliance to max out the PASO share structure via the issuance of approx 320M Restricted 144 Shares since the start of this year, so that the outgoing/departing PASO CEO Bruce Weitzberg couldn't f up this pending CLX merger even if he wanted to weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
